Hi,
I'm using Scada element in Sewergems to compare my results with field data. Unfurtunately when I graph all my Scada element only 24h is shown but the calculation options are set to 48h. I'm using SWMM solver and end date\ end time for duration type . I looked at the data in the graphs and there is 48h data (see below).
Do you know why ?
Thank you
Marie-Joelle
Take a look at the FAQ at the bottom of the following article titled "I can see the graph in SCADA Signal Editor but not in the Graphs, how can fix?".

Hello Marie,
If that time you could solve the problem by using 32-bit of SewerGEMS, then you may try using 32-bit SewerGEMS Connect Edition to see if that works, which i suspect you already did.
We would need the model files and excel file you are importing through SCADA for testing purpose and to help you with the issue.

Hello Sushma,
I'll try on the 32 bits version as you suggested. I've up loaded my model files (Bentley.zip).
I could reproduce the issue that you mentioned historic data is not visible half of the time in graph of SCADA signal element, though date and signal information is correct. Will update further on the progress as i work on it.
If I am selecting any other time like 24 hours, in calculation options then graph is seen properly, problem is seen for 48 hours.
We did install Sewergems 32-bit, but when I'm trying to use Scada signal, this error message appears : This file requires the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 (64-bit) to be installed. Please contact your systme administator. Since I can't use the scada signal, I'm wondering do you have any update on this problem ?
Hello Marie-Joelle,
You are likely using the 64-bit version of SewerGEMS still (the 32-bit and 64-bit installation files on the software fulfillment page on Bentley's website include both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
Try browsing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\SewerGEMS and open SewerGEMS.exe. This is the 32-bit version of SewerGEMS. See if the issue still occurs. This link has more information on this.
