Where can I find a user's guide or manual for the design calculations for SUDA?
Hello Wesley,
The automated design part of the Subsurface Utilities (or SUDA) uses the StormCAD solver. The solver uses a set of design constraints which you can adjust by going to Subsurface Utility > Project > Default Design Constraint. The program will design the system by adjusting the size of pipes and/or node inlet elevations. It will also follow a set of design priorities, which can be found at this link: Order of automated design priorities for StormCAD (GVF-Rational) and SewerCAD (GVF-Convex).
If you have any other questions on this, please let us know.
Regards,
Scott
If you have StormCAD software with you then, you can find the user manual of StormCAD in the installation folder.
And for SUDA, if you go to Subsurface Utilities>Help>Subsurface Utilities Help.
You can go to the home page and look for the content or go to search tab and search for the content or phrases that you are looking for.
