SewerGEMS CONNECT 10.0.0.4 export i-model

when i use SewerGems export i-model, it show this. 
 why?

Hello Jing, 
 Is there a background file associated with the SewerGEMS model? If so, try removing the background file and doing the export again. 
 If that doesn't help, it might be useful to see a copy of the model, in case there is something in the model that the export doesn't like. You can use the steps in this link to send the model to us: Sharing Hydraulic Models on the Haestad forum .
