Hello,
Try creating a profile in WaterGEMS by going to View > Profiles. You will be able to select a path of pipes and view results, such as hydraulic grade and pressure. The following link has more information on profiles: Working with Profiles in WaterCAD and WaterGEMS.
Please note that WaterGEMS always assumes that pipes are under pressure and is not really designed to model gravity pipes. The storm-sewer products, like SewerGEMS are better suited for this. SeweGEMS is able to model pressure and gravity systems.
Regards,
Scott
