In Civil3D you can try exporting the file as a LandXML file. This format can then be imported into SewerGEMS by going to File > Import > LandXML.

How I share my Land XML file to you so that you will see the problem.
Please provide more details on the problem you're experiencing with LandXML import (Error? Missing data? Something else?) Please also let us know what version of SewerGEMS you are importing into.
