Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to use model builder to load the data from the spreadsheet to build the model. However every time i try to load the spreadsheet I am getting the attached problem.
I have used the model builder without any problems recently and now I dont know what the problem is. Could you assist?.

Hello toriso,
I suspect that the problem is related to the Microsoft Access Database Engine component installed on your computer. Please see more details and solution in the following article from our Wiki: "External component..." error in ModelBuilder or SCADAConnect
If for some reason this does not help, please provide the following:
1) Your HAMMER version number and "bitness" (32 or 64-bit) as seen under Help > About
2) A screenshot of the Windows Programs and Features, showing which version(s) of Access Database Engine are installed
