Quality charactristics prediction in SewerGEMs

SewerGEMS has capability of modeling H2S, where BOD plays a vital role in formation of the H2S, so H2S and BOD modeling is done in SewerGEMS. 

However PH, COD is not yet modeled in SewerGEMS currently, we may include that some time in future.

In addition to the H2S prediction feature, SewerGEMS with the explicit (SWMM) can model the transport of many pollutants in a system as point loads. It can handle conservative pollutants (e.g. pesticides)  or those following first order decay (e.g. BOD). See Components > SWMM Extensions > Pollutants.

SewerGEMS can also model buildup of pollutant on a catchment and washoff during precipitation. It can even model pollutant. (See l;and Use Buldup help topic and Components > SWMM Extensions > Land use.
