If I have the Bing Maps feature as a background layer and generate a flushing report only the first page of the report prints out. Is it possible to use the Bing Maps background layer on a report?
There seems to be an issue with my printing capabilities when I have the bing map checked on. If I go to File>Print>Print Preview the scenario title is shown and the rest of the page is blank. Once I uncheck the bing map background the model is shown on the print preview. I have the same issue when trying to generate a report from the flushing analysis tool. If bing maps is checked on, only the first page containing no map generates. If I have the bing map unchecked the entire report generates.
Hello Brittney,
How can I find my registration / license information and version / build number for my Hydraulics and Hydrology products?

Hi Sushma,
I am using version 10.01.01.04. I just tried creating a new model, applied bing maps and tried printing. The same issue still occurs. I have been printing to pdf, but changed my default printer and the issue still exists. The bing map does not show up in the print preview either.

Hi Brittney,
I was able to reproduce the issue. I have created Service Request 7000788747 for this defect and will contact you offline to discuss.

Brittney, our developers have fixed the issue with reports not displaying correctly with a Bing map active. Please see my email (from support@bentley.com) regarding this.
