You can check on the user notifications you receive and try to fix them.Find out if a large number of notifications are for a single element and try to fix those issues for that element before validating again. This will reduce the number of notifications. A good practice is to start by looking at the "errors" which prohibit the model from computing. If there are "informational" notifications you can check if they are relevant as per your analysis and engineering judgement and choose to ignore them.

My question is if there is away to see all TYPES of notifications associated with the run when the max number is exceeded. (My focus on seeing the different Types of notifications associated with a given run is that they will suggest to the modeler what queries, or review aspects he will seek by other methods available within the software like color coding, select by attributes, sorting flex tables..etc)

if suggesting that the way is to try get the number below maximum to see the rest, I suspect that many notifications are not actionable /fixable so you may not want to do something to remove them to start with. For example if you intend to design a drainage network in surcharge condition then these user notifications about certain conduits being under pressure is not something you want to address so they will remain there and if you are doing a hydrodynamic analysis then that same notification will be repeated for many conduits and many time steps

To check if you have any missed notifications due to the inbuilt limit of 1000, I would suggest try and fix multiple notifications for a single element and check if your user notifications are reduced. Check different time steps to understand the cause of the notification.

You can check for the the major "red" notifications and try to resolve them to see if the minor "warnings" or "informational" messages are automatically resolved. This way you can reduce the number of user notifications.

I'm highlighting a case where one doesn't want to fix them as they are in line with design criteria and do not require a fix (example informational notification of surcharge conditions in drainage).

I submitted an enhancement request (reference # 970742) to improve how user notifications are displayed by grouping similar notifications and removing the 1000 limit.
