Hello, we updated to the connect edition but now all manholes are not displayed. The project was created by the older version of CivilStorm. If I click on the manhole position, the symbols exist as see below. In the Element Symbology manholes are marked. The models works fine and all mahole properties are correct. Is it may be a cell problem? How can I improve the display?
Hello Michael,
Are you using CivilStorm integrated with MicroStation?
Have you checked if your manholes are perhaps inactive? Do the manholes appear normally but disappear when zoomed onto?
As per the image you have shared, the manhole label is seen as CB-41. Generally "CB" label is used by default for catchbasins in CivilStorm. Maybe some of your manholes are catchbasins, that is why they are not tallying?
It would be helpful if you share the model files to check if there is a problem with the manhole cell.

He, Thanks for the quick answer. I use CivilStorm integrated in MS but i have got the same problem when I use the stand-alone version. The manholes are aktive.
The manhole symbol appears when I move the mouse into. But I have got also a "FALSE" message. Zoom in or out changed nothing. The CB label depends on the sreenshoot. Here I zoomed out.
And here are the files

Hi Yashodhan,
I got the solution. It depends on the Element Symbology. The "FALSE"
message ist basied on the "Is Overflowing" selection. Thanks for your help
Glad to hear that this is resolved. So, you had color coding configured to display manholes with is overflow = false as a white color? For future reference, this situation is covered in item 9 in the following article:
