While viewing longitudinal engineering profile in sewergems, is it possible to add a new profile line other than ground level profile and invert level profile?

Could you please explain what kind of data you are looking for to be added in the profile apart from ground and invert level?
You can also view hydraulic grade line and energy grade line in profile in addition to ground and invert level.
If you are using engineering profile, you can annotate it with different result fields like slope, flow etc.
How can I see the existing ground profile in the Engineering Profile View?

That is OK like, I am aware that we can see ground profile, pipe crown, pipe invert, EGL & HGL. Suppose I am doing storm drain design located in the center of the Service Road and Main Carriageway for a particular Highway. Now, along with the drain inverts, I want to see the Service Road Profile and Main Carriageway Profile. Is it possible to view all 3 of them in Engineering Profile View in SewerGEMS?

If you mean that you want to view all three profiles in the same screen, that is not possible at this time. There is an enhancement requested to add this to the custom report feature. The reference for that is 470401.
If you want to see two branches in the same profile, that is not possible. You would need to create more than one profile for this.
