Did you  place two gutters on top of each other?

If there is a gutter leading to the catch basin, and another gutter leaving the catch basin, make sure the rim elevations of the catch basins have correct elevations. It sounds like you already did this.

Could you provide your model files so we can provide specific advice please?

I am trying to upload the file as a zip file here but I'm having issues. Is there a way I can use connection client to upload the file instead.

Using connection client you can create a service request and submit the model files along with that, which is a separate support way.

However if you are having issues with uploading model files here on Communities using link provided by Craig please try using different browser. Or you can also send the model files with the help of private message here, hover over the name of colleague and click on send private message and attach your model files there and then notify that you have uploaded the files.

I have updated this link to include another possible issue: The catch basin is the start (upstream) node for more than one gutter. Only one gutter is allowed to come out of a catch basin node.

Check the start and stop nodes for the gutters attached to the catch basin to see if two gutters are using the same catch basin as the start node. If so, you will need to use the Node Reversal property in the gutter properties to reverse one of these.

So I sent the dgn file to Craig already, but he asked me for files with a *.stsw and *.sqlite extensions. Where would these files be located. The file with the drainage in SUDA is the files which has SUDA in the name. The rest are references surfaces, right of way etc
