Opening old WaterCAD Files

Question

Hi, I have a WaterCAD model that is a extension .WCD and there is no .MDB file. I found a Bentley post about converting/saving up to WaterCAD Version 8 but I don't have V7 on my computer to use "as a bridge" to save up. Here is a link to the page explaining the process:

 Bentley, can you save my file to Version 8? I have attached a zipped folder with the file. Water Model.zip

Hello Greg, 
 This model was created in version 7.00.061.00, which used a .MDB file. So, I am not able to open it for conversion, because the .MDB file is missing. 
 You will notice that there is a .MDK file, which is an automatic backup of the .MDB. You could rename that and try opening it, but it would be the previously-saved version of the model so you may lose some information. 
 Most likely, the .MDB file was stripped when someone sent this to you, as that file type is often caught by security/antivirus applications. I would suggest checking with whomever sent you the file to see if they can locate the original .MDB file. Once you have that file, you can directly open it in your newer WaterCAD version, as seen in the Wiki article you had mentioned.
