Hello, 

It seems that its crashing because of the entry you made of HDPE pipe which might be incorrect, please make sure if you have added data to engineering library as per steps mentioned below. 

Modifying and using Engineering Library Data 

Please delete the engineering library data when application is closed, which will get regenerated once you open the application again.

How to Delete Engineering Libraries 

If that doesn't help then please perform clean reinstallaiton of the product, which should resolve the issue. 

How do I perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Hydraulic and Hydrology products?

Also, if Sushma's suggestions do not help, please provide more information such as:

1) Version and software used (you can find the version under File > Help > About, or Help > About for older versions)

2) Details of the crash (did you send a crash log report if presented with the opportunity to do so?)

3) Your workflow. You said you made a copy, and that you are editing materials in a new model. Can you provide more detail on the process you went through? This may help identify the cause of the problem.

I had an almost identical problem once, open the program as administrator and save the library that you created ...
