I m facing issue for symbol icons functionality of watergems interface in arc map.Symbol icons shows status as missing. Kindly find me the best solution to overcome this problem.
Your best bet might be try uninstalling and reinstalling WaterGEMS on an administrator profile, but I would make certain that the version of WaterGEMS that you're using is compatible with the version of ArcMap you are using first.
I m using compatible version as per guidelines as mentioned in bentley forum.

Please try following the information in the following article, to reintegrate WaterGEMS with ArcMap, or Repair if necessary. Ensure that you perform these steps when signed in as an administrator (or right click > run as administrator)

I m using water gems version 10.01.01.04 connect edition update 1 and arcmap 10.6.1
Thanks for providing the version information - those versions should be compatible. Please try the reintegration and other troubleshooting steps in the article previously provided. It appears that there is a problem with the integration of WaterGEMS in ArcMap. and the reintegration steps may be able to fix that up for you.
Also - are you wanting to do anything in particular that requires the use of ArcMap integration? With a little background on what you are trying to do, we may be able to help you accomplish it in the Standalone version of WaterGEMS.
