I faced one problem. While I add few inlets and parameters and rerun my working model.The scenario failed to compute adn Showing Pressure Engine as a source.
Please help me to figure it out.

First, try validating the model to if there are any messages related to the issue. If that doesn't help, please review the possible solutions in this link: User Notification: "The scenario failed to compute. Review your data and try again." This includes some causes of this user notification that have been found. These have largely been resolved to at least generate a user notification about the issue. So upgrading is something you should consider if you have not doe so already.
Otherwise, could you please send a copy of the model seeing this issue? This link has information on sending the files.
