Hi
I am working on project which involves us to analyse and demonstrate spacing of Inlets.
Is there any way that can be done in software model, as anyway my whole Hydraulics of Storm is in Civil Storm.
Hope to get some idea?
Regards
Jaimeen
Hello Jaimeen,
Could you provide some further information on what you are trying to model? Are you trying add elements? If not, what sort of information are you trying to analyze?
Regards,
Scott

As my colleague Scott mentioned, if this does not help, please explain in more detail what you need to accomplish.

Hi Thanks for responding,
Okay so I am working on one of the Middle East project, where I am required to provide Inlet Spacing Calculation or back up for spacing proposed. Now I have got 2 - 3 Methodologies and formulae which I can use and work in Excel. However I was wondering whether we have something in Heastad Products which allows me to do same analysis.
The inlet spacing calculations or criteria vary from region to region and are typically based on codal provisions. You can work on an integrated CAD platform with MicroStation or AutoCAD to get the geometric accuracy while spacing the inlets at specific locations or have a specific spacing between them.
