I am new to Bentley Hammer, I have imported a water network model from epanet which I received from my boss. When I run initial conditions I get more than a thousand warning messages which says Node is not connected to, or is isolated from, a boundary(reservoir or tank). The model is extremely complex and I have no idea what to do to fix this. Can someone please assist me?

This user notification indicates that there is not a physically connected source of water to supply the nodes indicated by the message.
