I get the error "Network Unbalanced" for my model. I checked the validation of my model and no error was found. None of the "common causes" match my model either. However, my flow seems to converge to a value for all the other time steps (see below). Can I assume this value (1,547.34) is correct? And how can I ask the system to show another time step than hour 0 in the properties?
First try increasing the number of trials which can be found in the calculation options.
If that doesn't help, here is a Wiki article that may provide a solution - Troubleshooting the Network Unbalanced or Cannot solve network hydraulic equations user notification.
Please let us know if that does not answer your questions.
To see the results of different time step other than 0.00 hrs, in the properties, you need to browse through the time browser, Analysis > Times> click on the time step of interest.
When the network unbalanced issue is seen results cannot be trusted in that case as the network is not hydraulically balanced. Network is having issues with initial time step only, you should find some clues in status message tab and Intra-trial status messages , once you click on 0.00 hrs time-step in calculation summary.
As mentioned by Larry, if this does not help, then we would need your model files to help you with the issue.

Thank you for uploading model files privately. If you are increasing the number of trials to 100, the model is able to converge properly with no network unbalanced error.
These troubleshooting steps are provided in the link provided by Larry.
