Model subdivision phasing

I have a model completed for an entire subdivision and now I want to be able to run small sections to determine possible phasing.  How do I do this without deleting everything I don't need at first and adding it back in as required?  Is there a way to use selection sets?

  • Hello Julie,

You can use Active Topology for this - create new scenarios with new Active Topology alternatives, then use the Active Topology Selection tool to make the elements inactive ("is active?" = False) instead of deleting them. Inactive elements will not be considered in the hydraulic analysis. If you have selection sets of the elements you want to make inactive, you can use them with the Active Topology Selection tool.
