WaterCAD - Model Builder

Question

I built a model using model builder but nothing is showing up. All the elements are present in the flex tables but visually I cannot see anything. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Hi Erin, 
 Did you try zooming in the layout to see if any elements are visible? Also check the element coordinates in Flex-tables. Make sure they do not show "infinity". 
 Also try setting all the elements to view in GIS format under element symbology;

Hello Erin, 
 You have submitted a service request for the same issue, where you have uploaded the model files. We will continue the discussion over forum though. I see that you are using WaterCAD 08.11.06.58 version. 
 You are not able to see the elements in the model because all the elements like pipes, tanks, valves, reservoirs, pumps etc. are inactive in your model. However the model appears to have become corrupt. If you compact the database, and choose to display the inactive elements with some color in Tools >Options >Display inactive topology, then the model files will appear in the drawing area. However it is not a constant behavior if you close the model and reopen after this, the elements disappear again. 
 
 I also tried to retrieve the model withe backup database file, but same results. 
 If possible please upgrade to the latest version of the product or install the patch for WaterCAD 08.11.06.58 version sent via mail to you.
