Hello
Please what is the meaning of this type of flow of the catchments !
as attached in the picture
bypassed flow or overflow resulting from flooding !
Hi Yaqoub,
To which product are you referring to? So that I can move your query to correct product forum.
Regards,Abhishek
thank you so much
Hello Yaqoub,
The description that you see for "Flow (Total Out)" at the bottom of the properties grid applies to all elements that use this field. Some elements, like catch basins, can see bypass flow. Elements like channels can see overflows.
The important thing to take from this is the beginning of the description. The Flow (Total Out) field indicates the runoff from a catchment.
Regards,
Scott
Thank you Scott Kampa
my question was about differences between flow total out(already attached in the picture and described) and the flow maximum which is greater than flow total out
and I am talking about catchments and their flows
thanks
The Flow (Total Out) is the flow at the time step you are looking at. The Flow (Maximum) is the highest flow at any time step. You should see a result field for the time at the maximum flow. You can also try graphing the catchment flow to see how the flow changes with time.
