I recently upgraded from AutoCAD C3D 2019 to 2020. I left C3D 2019 on my machine. The WTRCRUN command is unhandled in the 2020 version. I kept the 2019 installed and watercad will run normal in it, but will not open the cuix files or run any wtr commands in C3D 2020.
Am I missing an integration update possibly?

I installed WCAD 10.02.01.06.
OS: Win10
GC: NVIDIA Quadro K2200 (updated driver installed)
Hello Nic,
Please note that WaterCAD 10.02.01.06 version is compatible with AutoCAD 2019 & AutoCAD 2020 as well.
AutoCAD Integration Troubleshooting
Do you mean that you have both the instances of AutoCAD 2019 & 2020 installed on the same system? And where WaterCAD integrates properly with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2019 but not with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020 ?

Yes that is correct. I have always installed both the current release of each and kept the prior year's version for this reason. I've tried the troubleshooting with the exception of uninstalling both AutoCAD and WaterCAD and reinstalling the 2020 versions only. However, I have repaired everything and that didn't help. See attached video of the issue.
Hello Nic, I have split your post to a new thread. Can you provide a copy of your acad.exe.config file per step 6 of the article? I will also discuss with my colleagues.

Hello Nic, while we look into this (I am trying to set things up to test this), could you tell us a little about how you use WaterCAD with AutoCAD? There are many tools and features available in the Standalone version that might be used as a workaround/alternative to AutoCAD integration (as an interim solution so you can proceed). See from our Wiki:
