Hi, I am doing an extended period simulation using the watergems manual that comes with watercad. On clicking validation, the software says ' Problems were found during validation ' Please advise.
Hi Nyakundi Kevin,
Did you see any user notifications which shows what problems were in your model?
Generally you should check for some possible errors such as disconnected junctions, extremely low pressures, incorrectly configured pumps or valves.
Also check if the "User Notifications" dialog box is open. When you see such a message, open the "User Notifications" dialog box to view what kind of errors the software found.
If you can get a snapshot of the user notifications we might be able to hep you better.

I have figured out the issue. I had not input the correct figures in the patterns manager i.e. the multiplier for the last time was not the same as the starting multiplier. The notification panel was not showing but i realized it was hidden at the bottom of the drawing. Thank you for your response.
Hello Nyakundi,
You will want to review the User Notifications that are generated. If the User Notifications dialog doesn't open automatically, you can also access it by going to Home > Calculation > Notifications.

Additionally, if the user notification manager still does not appear, try resetting the workspace. See: Properties, Flextables, user notifications, or other dialog is missing or will not open in standalone
If the user notification list is empty or if you need help solving the validation problem, please provide the details of the notification (you can click it and choose the Copy button above it to copy to clipboard, then paste into the forum reply), or provide a copy of the model for review: Sharing Hydraulic Model Files on the OpenFlows Forum
