I am using Pondpack tools integrated into Microstation and I need to layout my catchment area and pond. I already have my drainage areas drawn in microstation and need to select the element as a catchment area. The Pondpack Layout option has "select" "Layout" or "Fence", when I choose "select" and click on my drainage boundary element in microstation, nothing happens.
How can I use the "select" option to layout my catchment area? The goal is to use the scaled area already drawn in microstation instead of entering the values.
I am using Pondpack V8i (08.11.01.56) in MS V8i (SS4).
Hello Ekene,
I am able to use the "Select" ,method for polygons in the drawing to define my catchment areas. When you select the polygons make sure you are "double-clicking" it and it comes up as a catchment.
If that is not the case then you might have to convert the "complex" shapes into "simple" shapes in the MicroStation platform. See the following article for more details;
Unable to select catchment from complex shape when integrated with MicroStation
Hope this helps.
