How can I assign ground elevations based on contours to those manholes missing the elevation data? Is there any ways to automate the process for over 2,000 manholes?

TRex or Terrain Extractor should be able to use contour data to include manhole ground elevations.

I have another question. None of my sewer lines or manholes have invert elevations? Since I am a new user, I don't know how to determine or assign invert elevations to 3,800 manholes. Any help would be appreciated.
If it is a new system then you can design the invert levels using automated design feature of GVF-Convex solver., which you need to set in the calculation options. Once you have given the ground elevations, conduit catalog and design constraints, you are good to design the model for pipe sizes and invert levels.
