I have 15 existing pump stations I've already created (30 pumps). Upon creating my most recent pump station I am getting this one error for one of the pumps. I've set up elevations the same way I have for every other pump station. It doesn't make sense that even though both pumps at this pump station have the same on and same off elevations, just one of them has an issue with the On elevation. Please let me know if anyone has had issues with this. I can't proceed with computing my model without resolving this error.

I also responded to the service request you created for this issue.
What is the elevation range for the wet well associated with the pump, and what is the pump On elevation? Also check what the operating range type for the wet well is. The pump on and off elevations will be elevations, but wet wells can use either elevation or level. More information on operating range type can be found here: Understanding tank operating range.
If that doesn't help, we would likely need a copy of the model files.

Ah! It was the elevation setting in the wet well. It was on level instead of elevation. Thank you very much!
