I don't have an account linked to a select subscription, so I'm having trouble trying to open a service request. Is it possible for someone to convert some V5 files to V8? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using the secure file upload, but I can link to a shared Onedrive folder if needed.
Thanks,
Andrew
Sorry - I've tried twice to upload files to this and doesn't seem to want to work for me. Below is a shared OneDrive Folder.

Hello Andrew, yes, we are still able to perform these conversions.
Here are the files I see:
Low_Zone.wcd - I converted this to V7 format.Updated April2001.wcd - I converted this to V7 format.Updated April2001.wck - this is a backup file for the one above.watermodel.wck - this is a backup file. If there is a "watermodel.wcd" that needs to be converted, please upload.
Here are the converted models:

You can use the information in the following article from our Wiki, to import the .MDB file in V8i or CONNECT Edition:

Jesse,
I just uploaded the "watermodel.wcd" file if you wouldn't mind converting that one too. Thanks!
