WaterCAD - Age analysis after auto flusher

Question

How do i calculate the water age in a 23 hour period after flushing 138 Litres/min. from the system for 1 hour? 
 I know how to calculate the water age in a 72 hour period based on a constant base flow demand, but am having trouble with the 1 hour flushing setting.

if the water age in the system is longer than 23 hours., you should make a very log run, say 120 hours and use the final water age as an initial condition for the flushing run. Then you can start the flush at time 0. 
 Watch how the water age creeps back up after you flush to determine when you need to flush again.
