 I jus need any material vidio or figures that illustrates how the hydropneumatic dipping tube tank work s and when to use it and when to use sealed hydropneumatic tank

 One of the main advantage of the dipping tube tank is that it does not require a compressor or a bladder. 
 As far as when to use one of these for surge protection - in some cases you may already have a particular tank in mind based on manufacturer information and your judgement and knowledge of the particular system being modeled, and if that ends up being a dipping tube tank, then you can model that in HAMMER. The material for the Charlatte "ARAA" model dipping tube vessel indicates that it is intended for flat profile, sewer force main applications.
