Hello,
I am having trouble associating a WaterGEMs file with the WaterGEMS for Autodesk Civil 3D 2019. I can open the .wtg in WaterGEMS and all the nodes, pipes, and scenarios show up, but when I try to open the .dwg in the WaterGEMS for Autodesk Civil 3D the lines and labels show up but no WaterGEMS properties are associated. I have tried the forum topic of going to the Hydrualic Model tab > Import > WaterGEMS/HAMMER Database... but after clicking on it no window opens to select the file. The .dwg, .wtg, and .sqlite files are all in the same folder, and have the same name.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hello TJ,
That should be the steps you would take, as noted in this link. If that isn't working, it might be useful to see a copy of the model files. This link has steps on how to send the files.

Scott
Try recreating the WaterGEMS profile in Civil 3D to see if that helps. Was the integration of WaterGEMS and Civil 3D successful? See the below article for more details;
No Profile name Exists: WaterGEMS. Will create Profile with default settings in WaterGEMS for AutoCAD
Although the above article is for a separate issue, you can still go through it to create a new profile or set the current profile in Civil 3D integrated with WaterGEMS.
Hope this helps.

Yashodhan - We just integrated it the other day. I checked the profile and it was using the WaterGEMS profile. Thank you for your help though!
Scott - I opened a new "blank" drawing through the WaterGEMS for AutoCAD Civil 3D, and was able to rebuild the model. Thank you for your help as well! Not sure why the original drawing file would not allow the pop up window to activate. I have attached the files per the link you provided just so you or someone at Bentley could duplicate the error.
Again thank you all for the advice and help.
