Is there a way to label junctions and elements on spatial criteria. For example I want to label my elements in an increasing manner from left to right and then from bottom to top.

Since you mention junctions, I assume you are using one of the water products (WaterCAD or WaterGEMS). Given that, you may be able sort the junction flextable by X or Y coordinates. Once it is sorted, you can use the Relabel feature in the flextables to relabel the elements. If you are using a program like StormCAD, you can sort the flextable upstream to downstream (or vice versa) and relabel after doing this. (The second link includes other possible steps for sorting the flextables in the water products if using the X or Y coordinates doesn't work.)
