Is there any Hands-on Video Training or Tutorial is available on "Adding Unit Sanitary (Dry Weather) Loads" in SewerGEMS including Patterns and Sanitary (Dry Weather) Flow Collections. It would be great if the Training/Tutorial has particular focus on these mentioned topics.

In Lesson 3 of the Quick Start Lessons, there in information on adding data to a model, including loading data. That might be a good place to start. This walks through a generally manual process of adding data. You can access the Quick Start Lessons by going to File > Help > Quick Start Lessons.
There are other options to import the data as well, depending on your format. For instance, if the data is in an Excel spreadsheet, you can use the steps here to import the data using ModelBuilder.
You can find additional training material on Bentley's LearnServer. This link is a new user's guide, which includes general information on SewerGEMS, but also includes links to training material.
