I am running a criticality analysis where I perform the segmentation by computing the analysis. It works great. Next, I click on Criticality and select the "Run Hydraulic Engine" option and put minimum pressure at 30 psi. Then, when I click the compute button, the system freezes and refuses to work. It's stuck on the third screenshot.
PS: I am trying to perform this only on pipes dia >= 16in
Hello Varenya,
What version of WaterGEMS are you using? Please check under File > Help > About (or Help > About on older versions). We had introduced several improvements to the Criticality calculation in the past few versions, so it may be important to upgrade if you have not done so already. The latest version is 10.02.02.06.
The following article details some of those fixes that I suspect pertain to your particular situation: Criticality hangs, crashes or displays incorrect list of affected elements
For information on upgrading, please see: Downloading OpenFlows Software
If you are already on the latest version, please provide a copy of the model for review: Sharing Hydraulic Model Files on the OpenFlows Forum

What version of WaterGEMS are you using? Updates to the criticality analysis has been included in recent releases, so if you are not already using build 10.02.02.06, I would recommend upgrading.
If you are on that version already, can you compute a hydraulic analysis for the representative scenario without a red user notification? If not, resolving this will be the first step. Otherwise, it may be useful to see a copy of the model files.
