Hi!
Thank you for update but there seems to be some problem in installation. I am getting error via CL, then I tried direct download and installation but error keeps poping out. Something regarding "Account already exist". Here is snapshot and LINK to log file. Thank you!
UPDATE: error is the same in every other OpenFlow software :( ??
Igor, in addition to my previous reply - our developers would like you to also try manually installing the latest CONNECT Advisor component, as the error log indicates that the failure occurs when trying to install this. This is a tool available in WaterCAD and is installed automatically along with WaterCAD, but is failing for some reason. You can download it separate from our download site here: https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/2543
Be sure to choose 64-bit for the architecture dropdown to download and install the 64-bit version, assuming you are using the 64-bit version of WaterCAD (most likely). If the separate CONNECT Advisor installation also fails, please provide any additional details and/or log files if possible. If you are not able to, we will provide a method you can use to generate extended log information.

Hi Nazeer. Here are logs. Thank you
Dear Nazeer. I have no idea what you are talking about. I just click install and that is it. No layout, no silent, easy "Run as a Administrator" on wtrc10020306en.exe or on bsace100100216en.exe
Hi Igor, I see that my colleague Nazeer is out of the office for a while, so I will try to assist.
This appears to be a CONNECT Advisor issue, and the CA logs seem to mention the same error code 0x80070643. As mentioned in a previous reply, we have seen at least one previous case of this same error message appearing when the user was out of free disk space. This is also mentioned in this thread. Can you confirm that you have adequate disk space on the drive that you are installing to?
If you do have adequate free space, try checking the Windows "programs and features" and look for any instances of CONNECT Advisor, CONNECTION Client or WaterCAD. Uninstall any that you see, then try re-running the WaterCAD installer as administrator. In this thread here, the same error code seems to have been caused by a previous version not being able to uninstall.
In the meantime, I will also provide your CA log file to our developers for further analysis.
Igor, I received some additional feedback from my colleagues. Instead of the steps provided in my previous reply, please try the following order:
1) Confirm that you have adequate free disk space on the drive you are trying to install to.
2) Check for and uninstall any instances of CONNECT Advisor, CONNECTION Client and WaterCAD, from the Windows "Programs and Features".
3) Try running the WaterCAD install (as admin) which should include the installation of CONNECT Advisor as well as the CONNECTION Client. Please then provide the installation log files.
4) If the above does not work, download and install the latest CONNECT Advisor (10.01.00.233), then try running the WaterCAD installer.
5) If the above does not work, please provide the latest installer logs, as well as the following files:
C:\Users\igor\AppData\Local\Temp\CONNECT_Advisor_20191209085229_000_BentleyAdvisoryPackage.logC:\Users\igor\AppData\Local\Temp\CONNECT_Advisor_20191209085229_000_BentleyAdvisoryPackage_rollback.logC:\Users\igor\AppData\Local\Temp\CONNECT_Advisor_20191209085229_001_ConfigureCA.logC:\Users\igor\AppData\Local\Temp\CONNECT_Advisor_20191209085229_001_ConfigureCA_rollback.log
They might all be zipped up in this file:

Hi Igor, just checking back on this. Were you able to try the steps I proposed? Please see my previous replies which include some suggestions and requests for specific information that will help us diagnose and resolve this issue. Once we determine this, we can also document it for future reference in case any other users encounter the same problem.
