This message is shown in the "User Notifications" in SewerGEMs. Is there any way to color code these pipes (over 20 in the model I am working on) automatically using query or other tools?

Hello Yanjin,
You can right click the error message and select "Select All Elements with Message Id ### in Drawing". This will select all the elements. You can then create a selection set for these elements and can color code it. The below articles can help you in that;
