No Checkouts remaining for this license

Hello Sagar,

This would mean that the number of conduits in the SewerGEMS model is more than 5000 pipes. Since your license limit is 5000 pipes you can analyze and design models which have total number of pipes less than or equal to 5000 pipes.

User Notification: "The number of active pipes in this model exceeds the number of pipes allowed for your license"

Sagar, if you find that your model has less than 5000 pipes and you still encounter a problem, it may be related to the "check out" that you mentioned. If your organization does not have a SELECT subscription, the license must be checked out in order to use it. This essentially reserves the license on one computer. If the license was already checked out or is stuck and the number of "available" licenses shown in the License Management Tool is zero, then we may need to manually check the license in for you. If you do still need help, please provide the following:

1) Your "Site ID" seen under File > Help > About. Send it to us privately via Private Message
2) Your activation key - again, please send it to Bentley privately.
3) Screenshots of the steps you are taking and what you are seeing, including the "About" window in SewerGEMS (Help > About) and the License Management Tool.
