Hello Zohaib,
We are working on your model, will get back to your shortly with the comments.

Though there is no source of water like reservoir modeled but the initial level in the tank is enough to provide demand of 244 L/day.
Was there any specific results or component in the model that you are concerned about? If yes please specify.
The flow in the pipes is very less as the demand is less, where velocity is as low as 0.000001 m/s almost stagnant.
As my colleague Sushma has pointed out in the response, since your demands are less the velocity and flow values are also considerably less in the pipes.
The design criteria varies from region to region as well as different codal provisions. WaterGEMS will help you model the system as per the water requirements. With the requirements fulfilled you can check for values of flow, velocity and pressure and apply your engineering judgement to understand if the results are acceptable.
