to Service Request 7001027459 Civil Storm Crash

Hi Could you please, Look into the issue whenever I run the model, huge network, its failing. Error is shown as in the image.

    Hello Dharmendra, 

    I couldn't reproduce the error with your model with latest version, which is being used by you as well. I computed single scenario and in batch as well. Model is large with small  routing time step, increasing routing time step would help a bit. 

    There could be issues with output files or with .stsw file, please try following. 

    • Compact database, File>Database utilities>Compact Database
    • Copy only .sqlite & .stsw.sqlite files to a new folder and open model from new location.
    • File>Import>CivilStorm Database into a new file.

    Hi Dharmendra,

    I think Sushma means to copy only the .stsw and .stsw.sqlite files into a new/empty folder and open the model from that new location and see if it computes without crashing.
