If you have a closed system with no downstream tank, the head in the system will be governed by the upstream boundary. This may be the upstream tank or a pump, if there is one in the system. If all of the flow is coming from one tank, this may lead to a higher headloss and lower pressures. For information on negative pressures, see this link: communities.bentley.com/.../troubleshooting-negative-pressures-at-pumps-junctions-other-node-elements.
If you include a tank downstream, this may either increase the head in the system or include an additional source of flow. If it is a source of flow, this might help with the headlosses and the negative pressures in the system.
If this doesn't help, it would be useful to see a copy of the model files. This link has information on how to send this: communities.bentley.com/.../sharing-hydraulic-model-files-on-the-openflows-hydraulics-hydrology-forum

The issue is related to the the elevations of the nodes relative to the elevations of the tanks. The tank TANQUE-BETANIA has an initial elevation of 1128.7 meters, but the elevations of some of the nodes in the system is much higher than that. Without a pump to add head to the system, you will continue to see negative pressures. Try this link for the negative pressures: https://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/w/hydraulics_and_hydrology__wiki/10830/troubleshooting-negative-pressures-at-pumps-junctions-other-node-elements.
I would check the elevations to make sure they are accurate. If they are, you may need a pump to add head to the system. Otherwise, we will need more information on what you are modeling.
