I am creating polygon using Thessin polygon and it was showing an error "Points were detected outside the specified boundary polygon. Please choose a polygon layer that contains all points".

Are you using polygon boundary layer - a shapefile in Thiessen polygon tool or you are using buffering percentage as boundary layer?
Extending service area polygons to fill flow boundary layer
If using a shpaefile as polygon boundary layer, please apply that shapefile in model background first to check if the boundary in shapefile is within model elements limit or not. If the shapefile is correct, then if required please upload model files for our review.

I am using a shapefile in Thiessen polygon tool. I have checked boundary in shape files is within the boundary limits.

We also need .wtg.sqlite files to open the model, which is database file without which model cannot be opened. Also upload shapefile used by you to create Thiessen polygon.
