For large system where we need access to hundreds of pipe/junction time history results and where computing the Hammer model may take a significant time (>30mins), not being able to sort/search for specific time history pipes/junctions is a challenge - https://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/f/haestad-hydraulics-and-hydrology-forum/156002/time-history-viewer-sorting.
Hopefully, this enhancement will be implemented soon?

Youssef
Youssef,
From my experience, typically I only ever need to look at time histories (graphs) for a few specific key locations for a transient simulation. When using the "selected points" option for the "Report Points" transient calculation option, you can select just those few key points and keep the list of points in the dropdown in question to a very manageable amount. See related articles:
How do you select only certain report points in the transient calculation options?

For a wider view of transient results, profile animations are best. See: Using Transient Results Viewer animations for visualizing a transient simulation

Hi Jesse,
I agree with you. In past meetings, it has happened that some people may request the time history output for points that may not necessarily be "critical" from an analysis standpoint. So we prepare in advance by including as many points as possible, just in case. Computing the model during meetings is usually not an option due to long computation time required.
No disagreement here, just a suggestion that I hope you consider. Thank you for your quick response.
Hi Youssef,
I have opened Service Request # 7001034055 on your behalf and linked it to the related Enhancement Request (#903576), to indicate your interest.
Thank you so much for your help and for your quick response.
