Hello Sanjay, 

This message is indicating that after WaterGEMS has created the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) from the CAD file, however none of the junctions are within the DEM grid.

This is usually a data coordinate system/projection issue.   Translation from CAD data is particularly prone to this because a lot of CAD drawings are not drawn using real-world coordinates.

Please try making the CAD file a background layer for your model and check if the elements in the model are within reach / limit of the background CAD file. 

Also do you have elements in the model before updating elevations using TRex?

Error when using TRex: No Matching Data: All elements in the model fall outside the scope of the DEM.

There is in background not showing any elevation but in cad file elevation is showing but whenever i upload it on watergems in dxf format then it is not showing

Could you please upload WaterGEMS model files (.wtg file & wtg.sqlite file) and the dxf file used for TRex for our testing?
