WaterGEMS UDF Flushing Operator Maps - Blurry

Question

I am using WaterGEM Connect Edition 2 inside ArcGIS 10.4 to print out UDF Flushing Operator Reports and the maps are coming out blurry. I have changed the Primary view buffer within the Flushing Manager, changed up scales within ArcMap, moved layers around in GIS, and changed the page size within the flushing manager but nothing seems to work. Is there any fix for this? PDF

Hello Douglas, 
 Could you please check if you have the latest video card driver on your system, this issue may be related to video card driver settings on your system. 
 Please update video cards driver versions and if you have discrete video card driver on your system, please make sure that you are using it and not core, by checking settings in control panel. 
 Also make sure that Bentley products and ArcGIS products are set to use discrete video card driver to improve the image quality in flushing pdf, how to do check that is mentioned in below wiki.
