Do you receive this error while opening the model or computing or while using any specific tools? Please elaborate.

It appears to be about user notifications you are getting in the model after computing it. Please double click on the notification to see whats wrong with that model element and try to rectify the issue based on details in user notifications.

i am not able to upload sqlite file here error is occuring

actually i am getting this error for each of my node when computing it

Thanks for uploading the model files, 

Is this a real project or its tutorial for you to learn WaterGEMS? 

• The reservoir is set to elevation of 1000 m and other junctions are set to 50 m elevations, which doesn't make sense. 
• Pipes connecting reservoir and pump are set to wrong start and stop nodes. E.g pipe starting from reservoir, start node should be reservoir and not pump. 
• Below are disconnected nodes in the model, they are just overlaying and not connected, please correct it.  
• 
• Pump is not required in your model as everything can flow by gravity, if you remove the pump all isolated nodes user notifications are gone. 
• As mentioned earlier, please go through the learning resources, learn videos to understand how WaterGEMS modeling works.
