Has anyone seen their usage spike into the Millions or Billions and then back to normal like this? In 12 years of modeling I've never encountered this in WaterGEMS.
Never mind. It was a pipe that wasn't closed messing up pressure zones. Thanks anyhow.

As you figured out already, pump cannot deliver flow or head generally occurs when there are some data entry issues with the model, like incorrect pipe information, junction demands or pump curve data.
