"base" cannot solve network hydraulic equations at base

Hi, 

I am having issues with my system. I am getting  the error " cannot solve network hydraulic equations at base. We are pretty new to using waterGems and can't find how to fix it. We don't get any errors when running an analysis. 

There are four files to this system, but only able to load one  not sure which one you need.

    We have tried several of the options in the article but have not had any luck.

    The issue is with pump definition type, you have set to use constant power, constant power pump curves are less accurate and should be avoided whenever possible, as mentioned in the Help. 

    This type of pump curve was available in EPANET and KYPIPE, so it has been available in WaterCAD and WaterGEMS to support users who may need to use it for a quick check.

    When I changed the pump definition type to Design Point (1 point) to check quickly, provided design flow and head based on your model hydraulics, I could compute the model without any error message. 

    You need to work on pump controls though, there are fluctuations in model results every time step.
