I'm using OpenFlows FLOOD to generate flood simulation.
When I try to export HDF5 to shapefile(.shp), the software always show "File export failed!" window as picture below.

Please ensure that your coordinate system is setup in WGS84 and not Web Mercator.
We had a similar query in the past. See the forum post below;

You would have to change the coordinate system to WGS84 to be able to export to shapefiles.

I've received your file and was able to convert it with no problems. I understand you've successfully converted the file in one computer and the failure happens in a second machine.
From the error message, it seems it maybe related with some encoding settings in the computer, or it maybe related with some characters that are not accepted by OpenFlows FLOOD. Could you copy here the name and full path of the HDF5 file exactly has it is shown on your computer where the error occurs?
