Model File not Opening correctly

Hello,

I received a model from a client for WaterGEMs and i have two things happening depending on which of their models i attempt to open. The first is when i open the model from February and it loads fine and when i try to run it says validate. Once i validate the model i get the following screenshot.

My company has assured that i have the newest version of WaterGEMs installed however

    I worked on a similar issue earlier this week.  There was an update for the graphics card and after it was downloaded and installed, the issue was resolved.

    Please check for an updated graphics driver and let me know if that does not resolve the issue.

  • If Larry's suggestion doesn't help, the following link has information on validation user notification: User Notification "Failed to validate model"

    This includes a known issue with some versions of WaterGEMS CONNECT Edition Update 2. If the model you are trying to open was saved in a later build of CONNECT Edition Update 2, such as 10.02.02.06 or 10.02.03.06, who can see this error message. You may want to confirm the version you have and the version the model you are trying to open was last saved in. This link has details. 

    In addition, you are not currently using the latest version, based on the second screenshot you provided, which mentioned CONNECT Edition Update 2. The latest version is CONNECT Edition Update 3 (build 10.03.01.08). You can download the latest version using the steps found in this link.
