In Storm CAD, appreciate if you can advise if there is away to show the real depth of the Manhole (Ground Elevation - Invert Elevation) in the Flex-table and/or in the design layout.

The depth reported in manhole results and conduit results is the depth of actual water present at that point.
In StormCAD if you wish to see the difference between ground and invert elevation simply, then you can create the formula based user data extension for the manhole using Tools>User data extension and add that UDX column to the flex table, that will report your required depth i.e. ground elevation - invert elevation.
